TBirdapp.com Ltd. may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, mobile app, register on the site and/or mobile app, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site and/or Mobile App. We only collect personal identification information from Users if they voluntarily submit such information to TBirdapp.com Ltd.
Contact Information
When you Sign up to become a Host and/or a Guest you will be asked to provide information which may include first name, last name, e-mail address, age, gender ("Contact Information"). The Contact Information is used by TBird's team to provide requested Services, contact Guests, Travelers, and Hosts for the purpose of direct marketing of current and future services.
A User may choose to sign-up with Facebook, Google Plus, or Twitter account. By signing up using any of the above listed third party social media accounts, you authorize TBirdapp Ltd. to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you have authorized Facebook, Google Plus, or Twitter to provide to TBirdapp Ltd. Such information may include but not limited to the first name, last name, e-mail address, photos, and age.
Traveler Information
Travelers, who wish to book accommodation, transportation, or a tour will be asked to provide some additional information about their request which may include but not limit to a number of travelers with them, destination, and other specific details about their trip ("Traveler Information"). Traveler Information will be provided and shared with potential Hosts of the service.
Property Information/Vehicle Information/Tour Route Information
Hosts who wish to list a property, offer transportation services, or tour services will be asked to provide information about their property, vehicle, and a tour. This information may include an address of the property, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, list of amenities, and other information about an accommodation ("Accommodation Information").
Information may also include the vehicle information, year, driver's license information, car insurance information.
Information may include a route of the tour, number of people on tour, and any additional information that may be required by the TBirdapp Ltd.
Billing Information
If you choose to request a service as a Traveler or offer a service as a Host from TBirdapp.com, you will be required to provide your credit card, bank account information and other payment-related information that is required to process your booking request or payout information ("Billing Information".) Billing information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor operating as our agent. A third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information. To keep your financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Payment Information
To make sure Hosts get paid, we keep information about Hosts' bank routing numbers, tax information, and any other payment information provided by Hosts.
Communications
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message and other information you choose to provide.
Location Information
TBird is all about safety and connecting Travelers with Hosts. To do this, we require Hosts to disclose accommodation address, transportation route, and tour route. We may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background.
This information is important to us for reasons such as matching Travelers and Hosts, determining exact locations of drop off and pick up location, accommodation location, and tour routes.
In addition, we may use and share location information to protect the safety of TBird's Users if a situation arises.
Activity Information
When you visit our Website and/or Mobile App, we may automatically collect information such as the name of your Internet service provider, number of links you click within the Website, search, operating system, website traffic, and related statistics, such as keywords, country and state from which you access our Website and Mobile App, web pages from which you linked to our Website, dates, time of your visit, gender, age category, and anything else we find important for our business.
Device Information
TBird receives information from User's devices such which includes but not limited to IP addresses, web browser, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, push notification tokens. In addition, if you decide to register with social media accounts such as Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter, then we will receive your identifier.
Usage Information
To help us understand and serve you better, TBird automatically receives information about your interactions with our Platform, like the pages or the content that you view, your actions within the TBird, as well as, times and dates you have visited TBird.
Text Information
We receive information about your communication with members of TBird. For security purposes, we may monitor the content of your messages, such as those between Hosts and Travelers.
Third party analytics
We may use one or more third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Website and Mobile app, compile reports on activity (based on third-party analytics services collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent of particular pages, what sections of the Website and/or Mobile app you visit, number of links clicked while on the Website and/or Mobile app, search terms and other similar usage data) and analyze performance metrics. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyze and provide us the data. By accessing and using the Website and/or Mobile app, you consent to the processing of data about you by these third-party analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
User Feedback Information
At TBird, we want to make sure that Users are always enjoying their bookings. Hosts and Travelers may rate and review each other at the end of every service. We receive information about ratings and reviews.

Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all of our site's and mobile app's features. While your name will always be shared with Users of TBirdapp, you can delete any additional information that you added to your Profile at any time if you don't want other users to see it. Users will always be able to see names, ratings, profile photos, and basic description of each other.
You can review and edit certain account information by logging in to your account settings and profile. If would like to terminate your TBird account, please contact us through our email info@TBirdapp.com with your request. If you choose to terminate your account, we will deactivate it for you but may retain information from your account for a certain period and disclose it in a manner consistent with our practices under this Privacy Policy for accounts that are not closed. We also may retain information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage of the TBird Platform, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
